By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are provided to ensure clarity and mutual understanding regarding our shipping and delivery process.

1. General

All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, stock discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer the option of waiting for restocking or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

Orders shipped within Thailand are delivered via EMS or an equivalent domestic courier service.

Shipping cost: Free shipping within Thailand
Estimated delivery time: approximately 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination area, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. International Shipping & Costs

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
All international shipments are dispatched from Thailand
via DHL (through authorized logistics partners).

Free worldwide shipping is available on full-price orders over 20,000 THB.
Sale items and discounted orders are excluded from free shipping.

Shipping charges displayed at checkout are final and non-refundable.

4. Estimated Delivery Time (International)

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Asia & Japan: approximately 5–10 business days
Europe, United States, Canada, Oceania, Middle East: approximately 7–14 business days

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

5. Duties & Taxes

5.1 VAT (Sales Tax)
For customers in Thailand, all prices include VAT.

For international orders, Thailand VAT is not applied at checkout.

5.2 Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order will be returned at the customer’s expense.
In such cases, the product value will be refunded excluding all shipping costs (both outbound and return shipping).

RETURN

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
– Sale items
– Gift cards
– Custom or made-to-order items
– Items damaged due to customer handling

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
