Who pays import taxes/duties/VAT

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Overseas delivery is charged according to the destination of the parcel, shipping fee are displayed at point of checkout.

What is the shipping cost?

Free worldwide shipping on full-price orders over 20,000 THB.

International shipping is handled via DHL (through authorized logistics partners).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local conditions.

Shipping charges will be collected at checkout. This price will be the final shipping cost charged to the customer.

Can I return and refund?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.All returns must be authorised by us before sending merchandise back. You must send a refund and return request to info@norapao.com within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. How can I place an order?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout".

How do I change my order?

If you wish to edit an order you have already made, please email info@norapao.com We will do our best to change your order, however if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make any edits.

Therefore, you will have to receive your original order and then return it to us for an exchange.

How do I care my items?

Does the color of naturally dyed cloth fade or change?

Even if properly managed and cared for, naturally dyed textiles will change color over time. Please refer to these care instructions for ways to preserve the color for a long time.
