This shawl is woven with a hemp warp dyed with light ebony and a hand-spun green cotton weft. The natural green hue of the cotton remains visible through the weave. The blend of the two fibers creates a lightweight fabric with a dry, breathable touch and a soft drape.
Our natural-colored green cotton is produced in rural northern Thailand using traditional methods, from growing the cotton to hand-spinning it. It features completely natural colors and a soft, handspun texture.
The hand-spinning process produces subtle irregularities, giving the surface a natural texture. Suitable for warm and humid weather, the shawl offers comfortable wear throughout the season.
