The uneven, textured hand-spun hemp yarn is grown and spun entirely by hand using traditional processes. The yarn is dyed to this dark, nearly black grey shade through multiple applications of Tropical Almond leaf dye, followed by a layer of ebony dye. The color possesses a complex depth, revealing a subtle brown undertone beneath the dominant deep grey.
